Pleasure Craft Skipper Course
The Tallinn Bay Boating pleasure craft skipper training consists of 66 academic hours dispersed across a period of 7-8 weeks, including practical training. During practical training, future skippers will have the chance to try out in actual conditions the principal maneuvers that may well come in handy on the sea. Theoretical classes are normally held on weeknights from 6 PM to 9 PM in Tallinn at Sakala 21. Classes are held in Estonian and Russian.

Training is deemed to be successfully completed upon passing an exam assessed by the Estonian Maritime Administration examination board.
Following successful completion of the above training course, graduates will be certified as pleasure craft skippers, empowering them to navigate pleasure crafts of up to 24 meters to wherever their heart desires.
Participation fee: EUR 500
Intensive training participation fee: depending on group size
Intensive training for private individuals: EUR 2,000 (+ EUR 50 for practical sailboat training)

Classes (3 hours per class) take place on Tallinn Bay on the motorboat Bayliner 175.
